What can affect your price? Heavy moss build-up, blocked downpipes that need rodding, and properties with restricted access can move the quote up. We’ll quote a fixed price by text or email after looking at photos or popping by — and stick to it on the day.

Cleared from the

ground.

Most gutter cleaners disappear up a ladder and tell you it’s done. We work from the ground with a vacuum-pole system — safer for your property and a faster job.

Industrial wet/dry vacuum

Sucks out leaves, moss, silt and roof debris in one pass. No flicking muck onto the lawn or driveway.

Camera-on-pole, if requested

If you’d like a visual inspection, we can run the camera up the pole and send before-and-after photos. Just ask when you book.

Downpipe flow check if required

If anything looks slow-draining, we’ll pour water through the top of the downpipe to confirm it’s flowing freely. Blockages flagged and rodded if needed.

Back within 24 hours if anything’s missed

If a section overflows in the days after the clean, ring or text us and we’ll come back and put it right. No quibble.

Three storeys.
No ladders.

50ft carbon-fibre vacuum pole reaches gable ends and second-floor gutters from the safety of your driveway. No risk to your gutters, no risk to us.

Why your

never use ladders.

Ladders against gutters cause more damage than they prevent. Here’s why the vacuum-pole method is safer for your house and a faster job.

01

No ladders, no damage

Ladders rest against the gutter or fascia, deforming PVC over time. Vacuum-pole cleaning puts zero load on the guttering itself.

02

50ft of reach

Carbon-fibre poles reach gable ends and second-floor gutters from the safety of your driveway. No boots through the flowerbeds, no risk to your roof.

03

Faster, cleaner finish

Vacuums lift debris in one pass without scattering it across the lawn. Average 3-bed semi takes 30–45 minutes start to finish.

Most insurance claims for gutter damage involve ladder mounting points, not the cleaning itself. Working from the ground with a vacuum pole removes the single biggest risk — and it’s faster.

If we miss it, we come back.

Gutter clearing is the service most likely to be done badly — usually because the cleaner can’t actually see what they’re doing up a ladder. We solve that with the camera and the photos.

Photos on request, every time

If you’d like before-and-after photos of the job, just ask when you book. We’ll send them the same day so you can see what came out.

Back within 24 hours if anything’s missed

If anything overflows in the days after the clean, ring or text and we’ll come back to sort it. No quibble.

Honest about what’s possible

If a downpipe is collapsed or a soakaway is blocked, we’ll tell you straight — not pretend we’ve fixed it.

No ladders, no flowerbed damage

Vacuum-pole means we work from your driveway. No boots in the borders, no leaning on the gutter.

No ladders sold it. Reliability kept it.

Gutter clearing questions.

Quick answers to the things we get asked most. If yours isn’t here, give us a ring on 01454 854839.

How often should gutters be cleared?

Once a year minimum, twice if you have trees within 10 metres of the house. Most customers book us for a single autumn clear after the leaves drop. Properties near pine trees or under tile-creep should consider an additional spring visit.

Our 50ft carbon-fibre poles reach the third storey on most properties. If the gable ends are unreachable from the ground (very tall buildings, restricted access) we’ll let you know honestly before booking.

Both. The vacuum lifts loose debris, and we follow up with a brush head to scrub off built-up silt and moss residue. The gutter ends up genuinely clean, not just clear.

Vacuum-pole gutter cleaning puts zero physical load on the gutter itself — the pole hovers above and the vacuum sucks. Most damage to gutters comes from ladders leaning on them. We don’t use ladders.

Yes — we run gutter clears all year. Frosty mornings we’ll wait until things thaw, but otherwise winter clears are common. The autumn leaf-drop is when most damage starts to build up.

Heavy roof moss can keep dropping into the gutter for months after a clear. We’ll flag it and recommend a soft-wash treatment if it’s bad — but moss removal is a separate job to gutter clearing.

By default the vacuum bag goes home with us and into our waste stream. If you’d prefer the leaves and moss left as garden compost, just say — we’ll empty it in a corner of your choosing.
