No small print. No “subject to weather conditions.” Five things we hold ourselves to on every job, every visit, every customer. Twenty years on the same round — and we’ve built our reputation on getting these right.
Most of our customers came to us because the last lot stopped turning up. These are the promises we built the business on — and the reason most of those customers are still with us a decade later.
The single biggest reason new customers come to us is the last cleaner ghosting in March. So we make a different promise: same time, same team, every visit — for twenty years and counting. Texted the day before, on the round when we said, no exceptions.
An automated text the working day before every clean — name, time slot, route number. So you can leave the back gate unbolted, move the car off the drive if the patio’s being done, and not be surprised by a stranger in your garden.
Every window clean includes the frames, sills, and the glazed parts of doors — not as extras, not as upsells. Every fascia clean is hand-finished at low level. Every drive clean gets biocide treatment after so the finish lasts. The bits other cleaners skip are how we keep our customers.
The faces who clean your windows the first time will still be cleaning your windows in twelve months. We don’t subcontract to strangers, we don’t run a franchise, and we don’t have a high-turnover round. We’re a real, named business with named people.
Fully insured (£5m public liability), VAT-registered, and on the round since 2006.
Ring or text within 24 hours of any visit and we’ll come back and put it right — no quibble, no questions. We’ve had to do this maybe a dozen times in twenty years. We’d rather know than not.
Drop us your postcode and we’ll come back the same working day with a fixed price and a date for your first visit.
