First clean restoration on neglected glass
If your last cleaner ghosted six months ago, the first visit takes longer. We don’t charge extra for the catch-up.
Conservatory side glass & bay windows
Tricky panes, bay returns, oriels, leaded glass — all included on standard rounds. Roofs are extra (we’ll quote separately).
Spot-free finish, even in the rain
Pure-water reach-and-wash dries clear regardless of weather. Heavy storms we’ll move you; light rain is no issue.
Carbon-fibre poles let us reach gable windows and second-floor bays from the safety of your driveway — no ladders against your gutters, no boots in your flowerbeds.
Traditional squeegee-and-bucket cleans leave detergent and tap-water minerals on the glass. Pure water doesn’t.
Tap water runs through a triple-filter system that strips out every dissolved mineral. The result is chemically pure water with nothing left to dry as a streak or smear.
Lightweight 50ft telescopic poles let us reach second-floor and gable windows from the ground. No ladders against your gutters, no boots in your flowerbeds.

A standard 3-bed semi takes 20 to 30 minutes — often less when there are two or three of us on the round. Larger detached houses with bays and conservatories run closer to 45 minutes. The first visit on a neglected property might take a little longer, and we don’t charge extra for that catch-up.
No — we’re an outside-only round. Pure-water reach-and-wash is built for exterior glass; interior cleaning is a different job with different kit. If you want both, we can recommend a local interior specialist.
Side glass yes, roofs are quoted separately. Conservatory roofs typically need a soft-wash and biocide treatment to deal with green algae. We’ll come and look, then give you a fixed price for the roof on top of your normal round.
Both are absolutely fine for pure-water reach-and-wash. Soft brushes and zero detergent mean no risk to leadwork or original glazing. We clean dozens of older properties across Thornbury, Henleaze and Westbury on Trym every month.
Yes — they’re part of the frame, so they get the soft brush over them every visit. We don’t disassemble them or clean inside the housing, but the visible exterior comes up clean.
No. Pure water has nothing in it to mark anything — no detergents, no minerals, no residue. Some run-off down the wall during the clean is normal and dries clear within minutes.
We’ll clean it carefully and let you know what we’ve found. We won’t refuse to clean a damaged window unless cleaning could make the damage worse (a cracked pane, for example). No extra charge — just an honest heads-up.
